How long does Brazebee take to set up?

2 minutes if you're using tools like Zoom, Teams, Gmail/Outlook, support chats and payment providers such as Stripe.

How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own account. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite you're ready to rock and can connect all your customer facing tools.

Who are the churn experts?

Brazebee revolutionized how the SaaS & Services industry understands churn. To this day, Brazebee is run entirely by Lucas. Brazebee doesn’t hire extra churn experts or outsources work—instead, it focuses on delivering top-notch and in-depth churn prevention analysis to a limited roster of clients at a time.

Brazebee is a one-man agency, ran by Lucas, the founder. Brazebee does not employ other churn experts, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.

Is there a limit to how many customers & tools I can monitor?

Once subscribed, you're able to monitor as many customers and tools as you'd like. Typically clients connect tools like Zoom, Teams, Gmail/Outlook, support chats and payment providers such as Stripe - anything were customers are in touch with you makes sense.

How will I connect our customer facing tools?

Brazebee offers a ton of flexibility in which data sources you can use. Some common tools are Zoom, Teams, Gmail/Outlook, support chats and payment providers such as Stripe. Basically, if it provides touchpoints to your customers, it's fair game.

How does the pause feature or refunds work?

We understand you may not always have enough bandwith to act on churn insights. Perhaps you have just completed an important investor presentation or just finished a product sprint.

That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed reports.

What if I only want a single report?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when you received your first report and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Can I use Brazebee for just a month?

For sure. Whether you need Brazebee for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional needs to fight churn.
